Community Room Rental Information

  • Rooms are bookable for:
    • 10:00 am-2:00 pm ($150.00)
    • 4:00-10:00 pm ($250.00)
  • Tables and Chairs are available. (10 – 8′ rectangle tables and 6 – 5′ round tables)
  • *Maximum capacity for the room is 125*
  • Stove, Refrigerator/Freezer and Ice Machine is available
  • NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED. 
  • NOTE:  Before agreeing to terms and conditions, ensure you have read them.  By agreeing to terms and conditions you have agreed to rental agreement.

Steps to book a time slot

  1. Click the “Begin Rental Process” button.
  2. Choose the Length of Time you would like to book (10am-2pm, 4pm-10pm)  NOTE: To book all day, book each time slot separately and place in cart.
  3. Select the date or your event.
  4. Please note. ONLY dates that are available to book will display. If the date you need is already grayed out, then it is already booked.
  5. Select the time slot.
  6. After selecting “Book Now”, select “View Cart” to proceed to checkout for payment.
