Pleasant Township Zoning Inspector

The Zoning Inspector is appointed by the Pleasant Township Trustees, the duties of the Zoning Inspector as set forth by the Pleasant Township Zoning Code, section 2.1 as follows:

It shall be the duty of the zoning inspector to enforce this code in accordance with the provisions hereof.  All officials and employees of Pleasant Township shall act in conformance with the provisions of this code and shall issue no permit or license for any use, building or purpose in conflict with the provisions of this code.  Any permit that is issued that is in conflict with the provisions of the Code shall be null and void.
